Hon.Barr. A.A Echo (Village lawyer), An aspirants of the 2023, Benue State Deputy governorship candidate from Apa/Agatu Federal Constituency of Benue South Senatorial District and the now councilor representing Edikwu ward-2, is described as a karnal in his people’s mouth as he donated his five months salaries to his constituents to aids them in a little way.
The information was revealed on the 04/06/2025, in Ugbokpo after a brief meeting with Chief Austin Echono (Ego) in his private residence.
In the recent times, the people of Benue state as a whole are in a tragic situation as home is away from home due to the herdsmen attacks in different communities within Benue State. An attack that affects the good people of Apa/Agatu Constituency, it’s truly a matter of concern for him. In his little way, he began donating his salary to his people.
Hon. Barr. A.A Echo as of 4th of June, has already donated his five months salaries to different communities within his constituency. Firstly, he donated to the good people of Ankpali, and sympathized with them over the attack.
The good people of Ankpali lavishly expresses their heartfelt gratitude to Hon. Barr. A.A Echo for not minding the economic situation of the nation but over looked the inconveniences of the moment and made donation of salary to them.
Speaking further, Chief Austin Echono said, "Barr. Echo, is the New Morher of the constituency who is set to ride his people to their dreamt land as Apa/Agatu is possible with a benevolent man like Barr. Echo.
The people excitedly lavishes their gratitude to God for the life of a man who is ready and willing to make his life a ladder through which his people journey to better leaving and peaceful coexistence.
Barr. Echo, has demonstrated his God fearing heart throughout his visit to several communities who were attacked. Who is also working towards the greatness that is meant to be the heritage of his good people. He added
