Hon. Godday Samuel, the honourable representing Apa/Agatu federal constituency and the 2023 flag bearer of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Apa/Agatu federal constituency is said to be the making of Apa/Agatu federal constituency.
Hon. Godday Samuel was recently described as the working leader. A man who antecedents cut across difference villages outside and within the Constituency.

✓ Supply of drugs worth millions of naira to government Healthcare Centers within Apa/Agatu
10. Human Resource Development and empowerment
✓ Training and empowerment of 300 women and youths in cosmetology
✓ Provision of financial support to 300 small scale business owners (majority, women) in Apa/Agatu Federal Constituency
✓ Provision of micro support for 100 women in Shea butter sales
✓ Distribution of hundreds of sewing machines, grinding machines, barbing and hair dressing salon equipments to women and youths in small scale businesses.
