THE BOY IN THE MIRROR ( DAY 19 )
When I look into the mirror
I see a glowing face like a
blazing fire with perched
smiles of a wingless soul.
I see a boy, a doppelganger
of myself, trying to fight with his
within might to overcome the demons
that dwell in his holy heart's temple.
His eyes is as white as a snowflake
with a heart; so heavy like a mountain
& his lips of are of a broken earthquake;
trying to overshadow is sweet sorrow.
He tried to walk out from the shell
that shelters his soul to experience
the coldness in the mouth of blissful
breezes that fly within his ambience.
Alas! He wished to be as better as
the one appears in the mirror with a
beaming face like a lone whale star
in the face of a moonless black sky
But here he is, lonely like a sitting moon
on the face of his calm sorrow; wishing to
fly higher into the windstorm-free of life, in
search of his lost peacock with rainbow feathers.
