The vice presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Yusuf Datti Baba-Ahmed, has replied the Governor of Delta State, Ifeanyi Okowa over a recent statement that his principal, Peter Obi, lacks the experience and competitency to lead Nigeria to her betterment.
Legitblog News reported that Okowa, who is the vice presidential candidate of the People's Democratic Party (PDP), have said that Obi’s one tenure experience as a former Governor in Anambra State is not enough to lead Nigeria to anything better.
He stressed further that leading a country like Nigeria is very difficult and not a child play that someone like Obi needed more to occupy the seat of the presidency.
However, speaking in an interview on Channels TV on Monday, Datti Baba-Ahmed asked Okowa to present anyone that has experience more than Peter Obi to become the 2023 presidential candidate.
According to Yusuf, the saying that Obi lacks enough experience is untrue explained that he has more experience than other candidates.
He said: “It’s untrue that Obi does not have enough experience. He is more experienced than any of the contestants.
“Show me anyone who has more experience than Peter Obi. None of them has as much as peter obi has.” he added
Speaking on structure, Baba-Ahmed said that LP has a structure called ‘People-oriented structure, ‘Stratified structure’.
He opined that he and his principal are looking forward to having a government in money and not money in government.

If we talk about the experience I think Peter Obi has it more than any other contestant. The reason why all this heat against obi is because they know if obi should emerge as president, they will be exposed to how they had caged Nigeria for years. But I think their charm shall fail them this time around.
