The entire people of Obah-ward in Apa local government Area Benue state has lavishly expressed their gratitude to Hon. Godday Samuel, member representing Apa and Agatu federal House of representatives for his effects in changing the story of Oba-Ward by constructing a mega road for them.
This was revealed on Otakpa Progressive platform, a social media handle WhatsApp today being Wednesday by the chairman of the platform.
The Chairman of the platform, BAr. Hassan said this on Wednesday in Abuja after seeing the progress of the construction of Oba-Ward - Iga okpaya road, the major federal project which has changed the face of Oba-Ward since it's contract was awarded in September and the progress.
Speaking with legitblog correspondence, Bar. Hassan said, "The entire Oba-Ward are indebted and can not appreciate Hon. Godday Samuel enough for his beautiful works in their communities."Its all started like a joke in September this year when the letter awarding the construction of Otakpa and Alifeti road got to them but it was of a great joy to them as the contractor begins the work and bring the beautiful face of the clan to the light of development..
Hon. Godday, may God only recompense you as He has ordined to liberate his people.
Speaking further he said, "the road that has been in shambles without hope of construction for more than decades is under construction now; Hon. Samuel, You brought to light the hope of this very road which has been forgotten to reality".
"However, the entire people of Oba-Ward extend their appreciation and praying for great from one level to the other. we are grateful and will not forget what you have done and that which you are doing for your people, may God Almighty prolong your life and mandate of leadership to lead our people to their promise as you have started already".
