The Royal father received with rude shock the sad news of the sudden death of Chief Barr. Etukwu Onah (SAN) over the weekend in a fatal auto accident in the FCT, Abuja.
Chief Barr. Etukwu was a schoolmate and bosom friend to Agaba-Idu HRM Elaigwu Odogbo Obagaji John Och’Idoma right from SBS Makurdi to ABU Zaria, 1988-1994.
He was the only Benue son to be conferred with SANship just a few months ago, and indeed first SAN from Igede nation.
Agaba-Idu described his death as a gap too wide to fill and sadly represents a huge deficit to the Idoma nation, Benue state, and Nigeria at large.
Agaba-Idu prays for the soul of the deceased and for God to grant the immediate family and nation as a whole the fortitude to bare the irreparable loss of this legal luminary.
His Royal Majesty prayed that such an untimely and indeed ungodly incident be averted in idoma kingdom in Jesus' name. Amen
