IN-BETWEEN WORLDS

IN-BETWEEN WORLDS

At a time, life was meaningful.

In my little world of illusions, have

I carved out realities.

And now in-between my visions are fragments of imaginations and figments of realities.

Within the corners I lay

Under the covers of darkness I shivered.

My thoughts wavering and my world spinning.

The shelters of the nights do I seek,

When men drown in sleep, and death is seen.

My senses are overtaken, my consciousness stolen.

Under the dark I lay, my eyes watching space. I

Could see the hovering stars with the white ball glowing.

Mama said it's a giant bear which separates itself from the world in times of sadness.

So I've always wondered if sadness only comes wearing the night.

The outside world becomes my nightmares,

And so I find comfort within the darkness.

They say I'm so introverted and so everything is my weakness.

But silence is my strength and the walls surrounding my world can't be broken.

I'm a child of blood and bones though,

A warrior within my worlds.

I'm the best artist in the universe and on nature have I paved my paths.

I'm in-between worlds neither I'm I a son of light nor I'm I a son of darkness
