I'M A POET AND I'M NOT NORMAL

I am a poet and I'm not normal

For:

I script down the hearts of men with my pen

I search within their minds with my ink

I identify heart-burning issues and poetically, I seek and render solutions to their problems...

I am a poet and I'm not normal

For:

I seek to be the voice of the voiceless

Seeking liberty to them that were illegally captivated

With my words being winter jackets to the vibrant

Preaching the sermons of oneness, unity and living in selflessness just as in the days of the old...

And yes!

We are poets and we are not normal

For:

Never again will it happen right in our eyes

Never again will we be right arrested and freedom restricted

Due to the thorns and thistle sitting on the thrones

We forbid them with our inks...

I am a poet and I'm not normal

For:

I seek to know the reasons behind the problems that have turned to a normality in my dear country

Though it has been, it will never be again

Poetically, we shall tell of their types to the blind, deaf, dumps and even to the normal

If ye must know'', this time our PVC is not for sales nor compromised''

I seek to know the reasons behind the problems that have turned to a normality in my dear country...

Men may say poets aren't normal

And yes!

I am a poet and I am not normal

For:

Not all normal beings will be courageous enough to script  down and publicize the whole truth out of the truths which they do see

Prioritizing the well being of the nation by continuous inking and seeking the freedom of the press through their writing...
