Hon. Godday Samuel Makes Input In The Rehabilitation Of Nigeria's Refineries To 210,000 Barrels Per-day



Hon. Godday Samuel Odagboyi, member representing Apa/Agatu federal Constituency  was with the two of the major contractors at porthacourt refinery to see the improvement of the Rehabilitation of the refineries to at least produces 210,000 barrels per-day.


This was revealed after a brief meeting with the head of the contractor in Porthacourt 

Hon Godday Samuel who have an interface with the two major contractors in the  porthacourt refinery is assuring the the people that the work is 60% in progress and by this time next year, they will deliver to nigeria a refinery that will produce 210,000 barrel per day.

Stressed further, Hon. Godday Samuel is reassuring the general public that Nigeria shall be great again as they're putting more efforts to make sure things work out the way it should from the economy, insecurity, unemployment, infrastructure and lots more that seems not working.

The committee which is specially constituted by the House members as an urgent measure to look into the prevailing fuel subsidy crisis in Nigeria, which has and is still eating deep into the nation's economy is taking a close eye at in making sure of the working refineries. It is a great development that will bring the country into the lifeline of economic development.

It is time to investigate the challenges facing the refineries, the money spent on it so far, what is needed to ensure full functioning of each of the refineries and proffer permanent solution to the importation of refined petroleum products into the country at the expense of the national budget.

However, this is a great project set up by the House to bring economic bankruptcy and fuel subsidy down to it's root soon.
