Hon. Bar. Echo speaking during an interview with the legitblog, he said, my manifesto is "CAPACITY AND HUMAN CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT " which is Benue state matter over the years, will now becomes my concern if I am being elected the deputy of Benue state. I will also create a robust platforms for capacity and human capital development of our dear indigens especially the youths and vulnerables. As someone who has been involved in human capital development of legal personnel both at the bar and on the bench across the federation, I will leverage on my wealth of experience to facilitate many of such opportunities for our dear state through exchange programmes, internship, trainings and collaborations.
Stressed further he said, "I have worked closely with many leaders of repute across Nigeria. I have served Chief Mike Ozakhome, SAN Paul Harris Ogbole, SAN Dr Sam Ode min, YC Maikyau, SAN Chief Olumide Akpata, NBA President. Lady BlessIng Onuh, Member representing Otukpo/Ohimini, Hon. Godday Odagboyi Samuel, member representing Apa/Agatu. I will leverage on this exposure to access opportunities for our men and women to benefit from several interventions from within my best abilities.

Furthermore, I will restore the lost glory of the state in 2023, as that is the agenda of the hopefully benue State Governor 2023. Even as the hopefully governorshipl stated that the food basket of the nation was empty and needs to be refilled and this can be done through collaborating with him.
