Veteran Nigerian singer Baba Fryo, born Friday Igwe has posted how Davido refused to help him in his time of need.
In a video posted on his Instagram page, the veteran singer stated that when he used to be depressed his colleagues which consist of Davido and 2face refused to provide any structure of support.
He said that it was quite hilarious if human beings like him who are famous was once unnoticed then it would be ridiculous to believe orphanages with unknown of us would be offered help.
Fryo went in increase to disclose how an NGO he is an ambassador to refused to offer any help whilst he was once in need.
He said: “This N200m that I am listening to about and seeing on social media is shocking to me. If every person like me who is famous and top known was as soon as now no longer helped, is it human beings and orphanages that no one is aware of that is being helped; they are been given N250m, it is so funny. I will suggest Nigerians and Black humans to be sensible and quit all these things.
“White human beings do no longer do all these things. All what we are doing will appear to be so humorous to them. I am no longer pronouncing that giving money to orphanages is a horrific issue because I am an ambassador to an NGO that I do no longer collect a dime from. But humorous enough, when I used to be depressed and had problems, the NGO did now no longer respond. You see how we are. Now I am seeing N200m and they are posting it everywhere; Davido gives cash to orphanages and inaugurates a five-man committee to distribute that money. Everything sounds funny to me.
“If I see everyone doing good, I apprehend them; I am now no longer saying it is a terrible thing. I truly want to ask people why any individual like me that human beings know, who cried out; why did they now not help the man or female that they know? It is the humans that they do now not recognize or can see their faces that they are assisting out with N250m. Let’s all think; will we name that wickedness or ignorance?
“I tagged the Delta, Rivers and Lagos State government, none of them acquired here to my aid. Is that wickedness or ignorance? But these days I am seeing that N250m is going to be distributed to orphanages all over Nigeria. I will propose Nigerians to open their eyes.”
